Engineering support that understands the whole line.

Eolas Automation works alongside site teams to keep existing plant reliable and make practical improvements to it.

About Eolas Automation

Close to the site team. Focused on the plant.

We provide specialist controls and electrical support for manufacturers with established production equipment. Eolas is a new business built on more than 15 years of hands-on industrial experience across maintenance, upgrades and commissioning.

01 / Practical rootsElectrical and controls thinking together

Panels, motors, instruments and field wiring are considered alongside the PLC and HMI.

02 / Technical focusSiemens expertise, wider plant knowledge

Specialist PLC, drive and motion work within the realities of mixed-vendor production lines.

03 / Site focusSupport around production

Work planned with maintenance and engineering teams, from fault response to testing and handover.

How we work

Understand first. Change with purpose.

The approach comes from years spent supporting operating manufacturing lines.

01 / Keep production running

Fault finding across the whole machine

Tracing problems through PLC logic, drives, safety circuits, instrumentation, networks and field wiring on operating plant. The aim is to find the cause and leave the maintenance team with a clear record of the fix.

02 / Understand the process

Connected production lines

Work on continuous manufacturing equipment including material feed, process control, flying cut, stacking and handling. A change to one section is checked against the behaviour of the line around it.

03 / Improve existing assets

Controls and drive upgrades

Planning and commissioning changes to ageing PLC, HMI and drive systems, including Siemens motion and multi-vendor plant. Interfaces, safety, operating sequences and backups are part of the job.

04 / Make it maintainable

Test, document and hand over

Plan testing, site commissioning, shutdown work and handover around the people who will run and maintain the machine. Updated software, drawings and fault information help the site own the result.
